Dage Minors
Vice-President
Dage Minors is a middle-distance runner who has represented Bermuda from the junior level through to the senior ranks, competing in major events such as the Carifta games and CAC Games—where he won bronze in 2023—Pan American Games, and the Commonwealth Games. Dage has set and currently holds multiple national records. He is also a six-time NCAA Division II All-American, earning this distinction while studying at Franklin Pierce University, where he completed a BSc in Sport and Recreation Management and an MBA in Leadership.
In recent years, Dage has expanded his involvement in sport beyond the track by stepping into sport administration. He began as an intern with the Bermuda Olympic Association (BOA) through Commonwealth Sport’s “Equip Program.” He later served as a member of the BOA Athletes’ Commission, and in 2025 became Chair of the Commission, a role that includes serving on the BOA Executive Board.
Dage is currently living and training in Bristol, England. His short-term athletic goals include continuing to represent Bermuda in major competitions, while his long-term ambitions focus on transitioning into longer road races. He is excited for the challenges that he will face as VP and committed to putting his best foot forward for the sport of athletics.
Syriah Lottimore

Syriah Lottimore is a dedicated sports administrator and passionate advocate for youth development in Bermuda. A former NCAA collegiate athlete, she combines firsthand athletic experience with strong academic credentials, holding both a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Sports Management concentration) and a master’s degree in Sports Management.
Syriah’s involvement in sport spans coaching, governance, and athlete development. She serves as a volunteer coach with the Bermuda Pacers Track Club and currently supports athlete pathways and organisational projects through her internship with the Bermuda Olympic Association. She also made history as Bermuda’s first Young Olympic Ambassador, representing the island on the international stage and championing the Olympic values among youth.
Beyond athletics, Syriah is the Vice President of the Association of National Sport Governing Bodies (ANSGB) and contributes to shaping the future of sport through her role on the Bermuda Olympic Association’s Olympic Values, Gender, Diversity & Inclusion, and Safeguarding Committee.

Susan Robinson
Assistant General Secretary
Susan Robinson, also known as Sue, is a dedicated Preschool Administrator at St. David’s Preschool and has served in Early Childhood Education with the Bermuda Department of Education since September 2011. During her tenure, she has taught at four preschools and led the Growing Connections Program at Prospect Preschool, the Bermuda Public School's first preschool alternative learning setting designed to support students with autism and other exceptionalities.
Beyond education, Susan has been actively involved in track and field since 2019, beginning as a parent of an athlete. She joined the Bermuda Pacers Track Club Board that same year and continues to serve as the Assistant Secretary, contributing to various aspects of the club’s operations. She currently sits on the fundraising board, manages athlete fundraising profiles, and oversees travel coordination for overseas competitions. Susan is a regular volunteer at cross-country events, track meets, and signature competitions, assisting with officiating and exploring opportunities within the timing system.
Over the years, she has been inspired by the Bermuda Pacers Track Club’s positive impact on young athletes and the wider community, as well as by witnessing the athletic journeys of its members. Susan looks forward to contributing her experience to the BNAA board and remains committed to supporting and uplifting athletes on both the local and global stage.
Ruby James
Director
Ruby James is a dedicated Senior Administrator in the Legal and Enforcement Department for The Bermuda Monetary Authority. Ruby has been actively involved in track and field for several years, as a parent of an athlete, a Bermuda Pacers Track Club member, and more recently as a track official, fostering young athletes' development and promoting teamwork, discipline, and inclusivity.
In addition, Ruby has served on the Bermuda Pacers Track Club Executive Committee in the roles of Assistant Secretary as well as fundraising chairperson. Ruby also sits on various committees at work, including the Health and Safety Committee and is currently the Shop Steward for the bargaining unit at the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Ruby has contributed to policy development, event organisation, and strategic planning. Ruby’s collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have been recognised through leadership roles and successful project outcomes.
Ruby is preparing to take her Silver-level officiating exam, enabling her to officiate on a larger scale within and outside Bermuda.
